Dear NAM Parents,
First, I’d like to say thank you for your help in ensuring that our car line flows safely and smoothly. I had the opportunity to observe the car line in real time this morning while standing near the crosswalk on Isaac, in front of NW Fairway. When every parent follows the designated traffic pattern, we are able to keep our students safe. Thank you again for following the route and for using the crosswalks when walking your child(ren) to the building from the parking lot.
Last Friday, we held our first Sweatpants for a Cause, and together we raised nearly $200! We are excited to continue supporting Mater Filius throughout the school year. As a school, we have set a goal of raising $1,000, and we are already off to a great start.
Next week, we will have our first home volleyball game! We encourage all of our families to come out and support our Mustangs. As a reminder, we ask that students in fourth grade and below be accompanied by an adult while attending home games. Go Mustangs!
As we get into the full swing of the school year, please continue to check Track-it-Forward for volunteer opportunities. There are still several open slots to help with volleyball concessions. Sign In to Start Tracking Volunteer Hours | Track It Forward
Lastly, I hope this long weekend provides your family with some extra time to spend together and that we are blessed with beautiful weather. Enjoy the long weekend!
-Ms. Fairbanks

NAM Happenings

After School Sports Night:
Throughout the year, we will be hosting different sport nights for students in 5th through 8th grade. Sometimes it will include all, or it will only include certain grades. These nights will include participating in things like football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and many more. This would be a great time for the kids to hang out after school and enjoy some sports with their friends. We will have them between 3:30- 4:30 either outside on the fields or in the gym. Be on the lookout for posts about in on Facebook, hearing your children talk about it, flyers, or emails. If you have any questions, please email Mr. Fehringer at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
