Dear Families,
It is hard to believe that tomorrow is already the last day of school! While this school year is coming to a close, we are excited for our students, teachers, and staff to enjoy a well-deserved summer break to rest and recharge for the year ahead.
We wish all of you a blessed, relaxing, and safe summer.
Please note a few important reminders for tomorrow:
- Full School Day: Tomorrow is a regular, full day of school (before and after school extended care is available). It is a non-uniform dress day. Students may wear non-uniform shorts; however, keep in mind that non-uniform shorts must be school length appropriate (shorts should be no shorter than 2 to 3 inches from above the knee).
- Lost and Found: Please stop by to check the lost and found in the school lobby. We still a lot of unclaimed items!
- Medication: If your child currently has any medication at school, please have a parent stop by and pick it up by the end of the school day on Thursday, May 21. If your child has an asthma action plan, please remember that those need to be renewed annually (see the attachment).

FACTS and Billing
- Volunteer Hours: Each family is required to complete 10 volunteer hours per school year. Please make sure to log those hours in TrackItForward.com if you haven't done so already. Fees have been applied to your FACTS account for missing hours, which are calculated at $100 per uncompleted hour. If you need to make up hours for the 2025-2026 school year, or if you would like to get your hours in for the 2026-2027 school year this summer, please reach out to Brad Gose at 402-430-7050 for more details. We have several large jobs that need to be done over the summer.
- Lunch Balances: We have a lot of negative lunch balances. Please get these accounts cleared up ASAP. These can be found by logging into your account at MySchoolBucks.com.
- Tuition: You can check your balances by logging into your FACTS account. Access
Summer Office Hours: Summer office hours will be Tuesday & Thursday, 9am – 1pm, from May 26 - July 30.
2026-2027 School Year Enrollment: If you have not done so already, please log in to your PowerSchool account, click on "Annual Student Information Review," fill out the forms, and submit them for approval.
- Students entering kindergarten & 7th grade must have a school physical on file in the school office prior to starting the 2026-2027 school year.
- Students that wish to play sports in the 8th grade must have a completed sports physical on file in the school office prior to starting the 2026-2027 school year.
